• Payment: We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery within Namibia. Payment details will be confirmed via WhatsApp.

• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within Windhoek within 1-2 business days. Outlying areas may take 3-5 business days.
• Free Shipping: Orders over N$300 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Namibia.
• Risk: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

• Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging for full refund.
• Opened products may be eligible for partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
